FAQs
Getting started
WenWe lets you bring photos and videos together in a shared Album, then turn your favourite moments into a Film. You can invite others to add their pictures, chat in the Album and keep everything together in one place.
The Homepage shows your recent Albums and Films. You can open them from there or visit your Library to see everything.
You can access your Community, notifications and account, as well as your invitations, Library and PhotoLab.
An Album holds the photos and videos you and your sharers add. A Film is a montage you make using material from an Album, with your choice of style and music.
No. Every Film starts with an Album. Create an Album, add photos and videos, then choose what you want to include in your Film. Anyone contributing to the Album can make their own films.
Albums
Tap Create, give your Album a name and, if you like, add a cover photo. You can then add your own photos and videos and invite other people to share theirs.
No. You can keep an Album for yourself, although Albums are designed for sharing. WenWe works across iPhone and Android.

Yes. Open the Album’s options to change its details.
You can keep adding photos and videos while you have storage available in your account.
Albums are private to the people who share them. An invitation or Album QR code gives someone a way to join; it does not make the Album public.
Inviting people
Open the Album and use its invitation options. You can invite people from your Friends or Participants lists, invite a Group, share a link or generate a QR code.
A Friend is on your WenWe Friends list. A Participant is someone you share an Album with who is not on your Friend’s list.
Yes. If they do not have WenWe yet, they’ll need to download it and sign up. They may then need to return to your invitation link and tap it again to join.

You can invite as many people as you like.
You can see their contributions in the Album and receive a notification if you have the relevant notifications enabled.
